Donniey-sun 15:50, 13 October 2006 (UTC)Ondangwa is a town that is 60km from Angolan border, 30km from Oshakati and approximately 700km from the capital city of Namibia (Windhoek). Ondangwa is the eldest town in the northern part of Namibia to develop as it was used by the colonizers to operate all the operations in the northern part of Namibia.

The town is still developing and changes are coming to it. Few examples of the changes are: - railway station that has been launch by the president recently - road infrustructre (robots, streets and street lights) has improve - extention of the house infrustructres - entertainment - trade fair (came fuctional this year [2006]) - just a few to mention

The population density is more of the youth than elders, but economically is of more elders. the elders are the ones playing a major role in economic prespectives.
