On the Way Down From the Moon Palace is the debut solo album by Lisa Germano. It was originally released in 1991 on Germano's own label, Major Bill Records. In 1992, after she signed with Capitol Records, it was released in Japan by Capitol's parent company, EMI. It has since been reissued twice in the US, with a slightly-altered cover (as shown here) - by Egg Records in 1993, and by Koch Records in 1999 - but is currently out of print.
