On the Run (book series)

On the run is a series of books created by Gordan Korman that tells a story about two children who try to clear their parents name. The series has six books in total. Chasing the Falconers , The Fugitive Factor, Undercover in the Underworld, The Stowaway Solution, Public Enemies and Hunting The Hunter.

Characters:

Aiden Falconer:Age 15 Aiden and his sister Meg are at Sunnydale Farm well to him its Prison. His parents are in jail for a crime they did not commit and the authorities decide to send him and his sister there for protection. So when the farm sets on fire and he and his sister escape but is very reluctant about stealing food, money, cars, clothes, shoes, bikes and hotel rooms. Later on in the series his sister convinces him it is O.k. but in his heart he knows it is wrong and when it is over he wants to help pay the people he stole from.

Meg Falconer:Age 11 Meg is the younger sister of Aiden and is also at Sunnydale farm with him and when all heck breaks loose and she sees her chance to escape she drags her brother along to run away to try and clear their parents name.When her and her brother need something from other people she takes it much to the annoyance of her honest brother who sees stealing as the way of criminals which they are not but to her stealing is another word for borrowing which she believes she is doing but to her she will do whatever it takes to set her parents free.
