On Wings of Song is a 1979 science fiction novel written by Thomas M. Disch. It was first published as a serial in The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction in three installments starting in February of 1979.
It won the John W. Campbell Memorial Award in 1980, and was also nominated for the Nebula Award for Best Novel in 1979 and the Hugo Award for Best Novel in 1980.
