Hosted by Sabra Williams, On The Bench! [1] is a talk show that features candid and unpredictable interviews with the world’s soccer stars, and the Hollywood celebrities that love the sport.

Opening Monologue The show opens with a comedic event and/or sketch designed to prevent the host from successfully completing her opening monologue. Much like The Howard Stern show and the late night television talk format, On The Bench! uses its crew as regular cast members.
Main Interview The first segment consists of the main interview with the scheduled celebrity guest. Williams talks about their career, history, and their love of the sport of soccer.
On The Spot! Williams challenges the scheduled celebrity guest with a series of provocative either / or questions based on pop culture that must be answered.
Sabra's Deadly Seven In the third segment, the scheduled celebrity guest has to answer seven questions about themselves based on the seven deadly sins….
Closing Monologue The show ends with Williams involved in a comedic event or sketch that’s usually the conclusion of the mishap at the opening monologue. It’s designed to prevent Williams from successfully closing the show.
