[edit] High school songs

I find the growing list of High Schools that use variants of this song rather irrelevant. I plan to delete them unless someone opposes this. --Bmk 00:57, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

PS: I decided to just delete them - it just doesn't seem to be notable enough for inclusion. Feel free to argue :) --Bmk 00:58, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sousa's Remark

I'm not entirely sure, but I think Sousa claimed "The Victors" to be the greatest college song. Somebody should look this one up.

They might be biased, but until somebody can provide evidence to the contrary it should stay. --Chancemichaels 03:47, 13 November 2006 (UTC)Chancemichaels
Agreed. Keep. But as I have found a direct attribution for Michigan's claim, I would like to add a {citation needed} to encourage the same detail in "On Wisconsin". Kountz's comment is attributed to 1905-06, so perhaps Sousa had a change of heart. Only one way to find out. MMetro 02:02, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
