Omphalorissa purchasi is a species of small land snail, a terrestrial gastropod mollusc in the family Hydrocenidae.

This species is endemic to New Zealand.

This snail is found in very moist situations such as on ferns, and under stones and rotten logs in forests.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is minute, globose-conical, thin, imperforate, smooth, except for very fine growth lines.
Shell coloration is yellowish-horny, with a thin shining periostracum.
Shell height is up to 2 mm, and the width is up to 1 mm.
