Omnipol is a company based in Prague, Czech Republic, specialising in the trading of defence and aerospace equipment.

Omnipol acts as the intermediary in government-to-government sales of defence equipment, meeting the needs of air and ground forces in more than 60 countries. Between 1975 and 1981, Omnipol exported 700 tons of the plastic explosive Semtex to Libya, a stockpile which is suspected to be the source of the Semtex used in the 1988 bombing of Pan Am flight 103
