[edit] Plot summary
There's a genre of film that could be called "Isolated Cottage." In this case, the story begins with Margarita a cold blood doctor, who suffers from brain tumor. Realizing her prognosis is terminal, she heads up to her cottage to spend time with her husband and break the news with him. Things take a turn for the worse when a visitor shows up.
There will undoubtedly be many comparisons to Michael Haneke's Funny Games which would be completely warranted, the plot is similar. However, Omega is very different stylistically (more ON STAGE film) from Funny Games.[citation needed]
