Omar El Bahraoui

Omar El Bahraoui is mayor of Rabat, Morocco (since 2003).
He is chair of Morocco's local government association and vice president of the African branch of the United Cities and Local Governments organisation.
He is longlisted for the 2008 World Mayor award.
