Just wanted to thank Wikipedia for being the first resource directory to report that Olive's real name was not Sybil Tinkle. I have tried for years to get reference books, sites, ect. to correct this. Everything Wikipedia reported in this article is true and can be backed up through census records. I personally taked to Olive's cousin Natalie Joyce years ago and she said that Olive Borden was Olive's birth name. My question is what happened to the real Sybil Tinkle? I had heard rumors that she may have contracted TB while in California, but I could find no record of this.

I don't think that picture is Olive Borden. She was known for her jet black hair. The actress in the picture is a blonde.209.244.187.237 18:56, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
