Olivier Chastan

Olivier Chastan (born September 16, 1973 in Bordeaux, France) is a record producer and record executive.

He started producing rock records in France and then moved to the USA where he worked at Sony Music and BMG. He then was an artist manager focusing on European artists. In 2002, he started The Reel Factory, a video production company which he sold in 2004. At The Reel Factory, Olivier worked with major recording artists such as DMX, Jay-Z, Whitney Houston, Pink, Coldplay, Keane, Pearl Jam among others. Olivier currently heads Greensleeves Records & Publishing as its President following its acquisition by VP Records. Prior to running Greensleeves, Olivier was head of marketing at VP Records, the international reggae label, as head of marketing. He is also the co-founder of a branding and marketing company called Fresh Brands whose clients include Puma, Samsung, Nokia and Microsoft.
