Oliver Spiteri (born 4 July 1970 in Attard, Malta) is a Maltese football manager, and a former player. He currently coaches the Malta U-17 team, having previously managed Qormi andMarsaxlokk and the U-16 and U-18 teams at Birkirkara.
As a player, Spiteri was a midfielder and played for Birkirkara, St. Lucia, St. Patrick and Lija Athletic.
