Oliver Peyton (born 1963) is an Irish restaurateur and judge on the BBC television series Great British Menu.
Oliver Peyton was born in County Mayo, Ireland. In 1979, he attended Leicester Polytechnic to study Textiles, but left after two years. In the 1980s, he opened two nightclubs - The Can and RAW - and in the mid-1980s imported Sapporo Beer and Absolut Vodka. Peyton has opened a number of famous restaurants: the Atlantic Bar and Grill off Piccadilly Circus; Mash; Isola; the Admiralty restaurant and function rooms at Somerset House; Inn the Park in St. James's Royal Park; The National Dining Rooms at The National Gallery; The Wallace Restaurant at The Wallace Collection; Peyton and Byrne; Meals on the first floor of Heals.
