[edit] "supposedly"
I get that there is a lot of question about the true identity of Olga and brother Valentine, and that a lot of the info is suspect (which is why I added the unreferenced tag before), but I don't think it's necessary to add "supposedly" to the beginning of each sentence. Instead, I am going to add fact tags where necessary. I'd request that any editors bring their response to this talk page before reverting. Cuffeparade 11:38, 15 May 2007 (UTC)
- Just to follow up, I also removed some of the snark that had been added by recent editors, as well as the link to a blog, per WP:CITE. Let's wait for the Times or the Post to pick this one up (they likely will this week), or else the upcoming VF article to mine for derogatory quotes against the two, blogs are not considered reliable sources.Cuffeparade 11:46, 15 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Please use the Talk Page
I have re-added the photo from before - I see no reason why it shouldn't be there, as it has not been deleted for violating any licensing rules. I would ask any editors to please use this talk page for proposing or explaining edits. At any rate, this whole story seems to have died down, and it could well be that, barring any further notable activities, this page may be a candidate for deletion. [edit] candidate for deletion
At this point it seems like this article doesn't stand for much. Sure, there is a source in the New York magazine that may suffice to keep this bio above water, but generally speaking it seems like this woman, along with her step-brother Valentine do not warrant coverage in WP. Any thoughts, or do I continue to be the sole editor who cares to comment on this page? Cuffeparade 20:40, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
