Olgiate Comasco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Milan and about 10 kilometres (6 mi) southwest of Como. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 10,829 and an area of 10.9 km².[1]
The municipality of Olgiate Comasco contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Baragiola, Somaino, Rongio, Casletto, Cantalupo, Boscone and Gerbo.
Olgiate Comasco borders the following municipalities: Albiolo, Beregazzo con Figliaro, Faloppio, Gironico, Lurate Caccivio, Oltrona di San Mamette, Parè, Solbiate.
