Oleh Anatolyevich Taran (Ukrainian: Олег Анатолійович Таран) (born January 11, 1960 in Ordjonikidze, Dnipropetrovsk oblast, Ukraine, then Soviet Union) is a former Ukrainian football (soccer) player, now coach. He was a prolific forward with a quick dribling and a powerful shot. In 1983 he was named the Ukrainian Footballer of the Year. He is currently the head coach of FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih.
