Oleg Kolesnikov

Oleg Kolesnikov is a computer security specialist and writer. He is the author of a book in computer security called "Building Linux VPNs." The book is a popular and widely regarded work for open source VPNs. The book has been translated into French, Russian, and Spanish. The review of the book by slashdot is available here.

Kolesnikov has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Information Security from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has been working in the areas of networking and security, most recently at ISS X-Force, IBM Research, and Berkeley Lab.
