Ole Martin Årst (born July 19, 1974) is a Norwegian football player who currently plays for I.K. Start. He was transferred from Tromsø I.L. on July 9th 2007.

A tall striker, Årst made his professional debut for Tromsø I.L. on April 22, 1995 against Hamarkameratene at Briskeby Stadion. After the 1997 season he was sold to Anderlecht for 13 million NOK. He then moved to Gent in Belgium and ended up as a top goalscorer in 2000 with 30 goals. Then, Standard Liège signed him for 24 million NOK. He returned to Tromsø I.L. in the summer of 2003 for 5 million NOK.
Årst became the top scorer in the Norwegian Tippeligaen 2005, with 16 goals. After a hat-trick against Start on October 2, 2005 Årst is ranked as the top league scorer of all times in Tromsø I.L. with 51 goals.

He made his debut for Norway in a January 2000 friendly match against Iceland and earned 22 caps since, scoring 2 goals.
