Ole Østmo (born September 13, 1866 — died 1923) was a Norwegian sharpshooting champion who competed in late 19th century and early 20th century rifle shooting.

Ole Østmo participated in shooting at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris and won four Olympic medals. He won two silver medals in the Military Rifle standing and team categories and two bronze medals in the Military Rifle prone and 3 positions categories.

The team medal in Military Rifle was the first by a Norwegian team at the Summer Olympics. [1]

Østmo also won several medals at the first World Shooting Championships in Lyon in 1897: he won gold in the standing shooting event, which helped him take silver behind Frank Jullien in the combination. The Norwegian team also won silver in the team event.[2]
