[edit] Usage
Both the first two numbered parameters following will default to the Magic word {{PAGENAME}}}. Thus the template alone will frequently work properly on many category names given no parameters.
Active Parameters: {{{1}}}, {{{2}}} are overrides to {{PAGENAME}} of Division, sub-division, continent, Country, or other map category scheme node Names of the similar category. {{{2}}} allows some name variations with agreeable syntax. An optional parameter {{{3}}} can be given to indicate whether the category should or should not contain maps, and perhaps delineate a piece of the local categorization scheme. footer= Optional footer text with links, as named parameter. {{{3}}} Optional footer text with links. as numeric parameter.
