It looks like Grbs5000 (talk · contribs) attempted to supply a citation for a fact in the first section. It looks like he/she felt that the relevant facts are included in Personal Memoirs of Ulysses S. Grant, but he/she was confused by the presence of a redlink to Cite needed.
