Also, isn't this area the one that funded its improvements by charging for parking (something seen as a bad idea by most business districts)? Jason McHuff 08:07, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
The area defined as Old Town doesn't make sense, notably: "north on fair oaks to de lacey street" --Mijoru (talk) 07:05, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
