While place an image of the tree, its not an ideal composition due to construction of the car and buildings associated with the expansion of the shopping centre in Armadale. After enquiries within the Armadale redevelopement Authority its expected to be 3-4 months before the building near the tree has been completed, landscaping isnt expected to be finish for 12 months.
