From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Old Hill Estate is an area in the town of Dunstable, Bedfordshire, England. Originally known as The Oldhill Down Estate. William Old Ltd first submitted plans for a major new housing estate to extend southwards beyond the Laing's Croft Golf Course Estate. Construction began about a year later. Most of the roads on the estate refer to either noted buildings or locations near to Dunstable or ancient field names.
