Olde Towne Brewing Company is a brewery located in Huntsville, AL. Founded in 2004, the Olde Towne Brewing Company is the first microbrewery in Huntsville, AL, since prohibition was repealed. The brewery debuted August 12, 2004, at Humphrey's Bar & Grill. In the early hours of July 5, 2007, the building that houses the company suffered a fire and is thought to be a complete loss. The brewery is in the process of rebuilding.
Presently, all Olde Towne beers are out of production due to the loss of the brewing building. Olde Towne normally would have an Amber and a Pale Ale. They have had seasonal brews, including Hefeweizen, Porter, Pumpkin Ale and now a Bock. The Hefeweizen has had the longest run of the seasonal beers, so it may no longer be considered a seasonal beer. Olde Towne has stopped production of the Extra Pale Ale.
Don Alan Hankins is a brewer and a partner in Old Towne Brewing Company. Don Alan has been brewing for many years now throughout Alabama.
