Oldcastle, Inc., is a subsidiary of Ireland-based CRH plc, and as is made up of six divisions: Oldcastle Glass fabricates architectural glass through more than 40 facilities in the US and Canada; Oldcastle Architectural Products makes architectural masonry, ornamental concrete products, soil and mulch and other bagged construction mixed products such as Sakrete and bagged stone products; Oldcastle Distribution distributes siding and roofing materials; Oldcastle Materials supplies aggregates, asphalt, and ready-mix concrete, and provides paving services; Oldcastle Precast makes precast concrete products such as concrete telecommunications structures, environmental containment vaults, and modular buildings; and Oldcastle Merchants Metals manufactures structural building and ornamental fencing products.
Established in 1978 as part of CRH plc, Oldcastle is recognized in the North America building products industry with over $12 billion in annual sales.
