Old House of Keys
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Old House of Keys in Castletown, Isle of Man was the location of Tynwald, the Island's parliament, before it moved to Douglas in 1874.
Today, the building has been restored to resemble its appearance in 1866, a milestone by which the house became a democratically elected body.
Manx National Heritage undertook the renovation of the building in 2000 and now run it as a museum.
