Old Ford Lock is a paired lock and weir on the River Lee Navigation, in England. It is at Bow on the east side of London. The area, Old Ford is named after the natural ford which used to exist in the area.
For ten years, the neighbouring old Lockkeeper's Cottages were used for television filming of The Big Breakfast, Channel 4's early morning show. The three cottages, which were converted single house for the show, have since been compulsory purchased as part of the Olympic Stadium development plans for the 2012 Summer Olympics. As of 2008, it looks as though the Cottages will remain intact despite their 200 m proximity to the stadium.
