Old Flame (Dexter's Laboratory episode)

Old Flame is an episode of the Cartoon Network original series Dexter's Laboratory, from season 2; originally airing February 25, 1998 on Cartoon Network. In the story, Dexter transports the caveman who first discovered fire, from the past.

Dexter looks up to him as his predecessor in science, but the caveman is terrified of the laboratory. He relates perfectly to Dee Dee, however, and ultimately returns to his own time, and extinguishes the flame he had just created, in favor of the frolicking he learned from Dee Dee.
