I'm a citizen of the United States and Kingdom, living in England. I'm nearing the end of an astrophysics MSci at King's College, Cambridge (my BA was in maths). As of October 2009 I'll be a DPhil student at New College, Oxford, involved in simulating galaxy evolution and mock data for the Square Kilometer Array.

As far as content-writing goes, I'm best-qualified to edit articles on astronomy and mathematics. I also do a fair amount of relatively minor editing in areas outside my expertise.

Recently I've been working a lot on the Did You Know? project. I like the collaborative nature of the work, the opportunity to attract new visitors to good articles from the main page, and the fact that checking an article for eligibility often leads me to read or improve articles I'd otherwise have no cause to visit.
