Olaya (Riyadh)

Olaya District (in Arabic: العليا) is a growing financial district in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located in the north side of the city, There's a lot of important sites in it, and it hosts a lot of famous landmarks like the Kingdom Centre, and the Four Seasons luxurious hotel.

• Kingdom Centre, it is the current tallest building in Saudi Arabia it was opened in late 2001 with a height of 302m.
• Al Faisaliyah Center, it is the first skyscraper in Saudi Arabia, it is famous with its golden ball at the top.
• King Faisal Foundation, the King Faisal charity foundation.
• Najd National SchoolsOne of the best and prestigious schools in riyadh

There's a lot of future plans for the district like:

• Jewel of Saudia
• Al Rajhi Tower, which is planned to be the tallest building in Saudi Arabia.
• Riyadh Monorail, which will pass over it when the project be completed.
