Olav Magne Dønnem (born 21 November 1980) is a formerNorwegian ski jumper.
In the World Cup he finished 3 times among the top 10. He won the Continental Cup in the 2003/04 season. Personal best is 4th place in Harrachow (1998)
At the 2001 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 39th in the large hill. He finished 19th at the 2000 FIS Ski Flying World Championships.
In 1998 he won the Norwegian national jr Championsship in Lysgårdsbakkene, Lillehammer (Norway). Runner up was Morten Ågheim.
Today he is a MSc student in organizational and strategic management at Trondheim Business School, Norway.
