Olaf Heukrodt (born January 23, 1962 in Magdeburg) is a retired East German canoer who competed in the 1980 Summer Olympics, 1988 Summer Olympics, and 1992 Summer Olympics.
In 1980 he won a silver and a bronze medal.
Eight years later won a gold medal in the C-1 500m and a silver medal in the C-2 1000 metres.
In 1992 he represented Germany and won a bronze medal again.
