The Ola'A Banana Hedyleptan Moth (Omiodes euryprora) is a species of butterfly in the Pyralidae family. It is endemic to the United States.

This species was previously listed as Hedylepta euryprora and assessed as Extinct. Information since the last assessment in 1996 suggests that this species is still extant in the Hawaiian Islands. Status changed to Data Deficient pending further review. This specie may still be alive in some parts of Hawaiian islands.
