SH-112 begins at an intersection with US-59/271 in Poteau. It heads northeast of there to pass through Cameron and serve as the western terminus of State Highway 120. At SH-120, it turns more northerly and has a brief concurrency with US-271/SH-9. After splitting off, it serves Pocola and Arkoma. It then ends at the Arkansas state line (it does not become a highway in Arkansas).
