[edit] Overview
Oklahoma played twice as many games in Norman as road games, and left the state but once for a contest in Lawrence, Kansas against the Jayhawks of Kansas. The Sooners were not very consistent offensively, as they scored only eight points in two games (including a 2-0 victory over the Longhorns of Texas) before exploding for 113 in the next two contests.
