This category includes men's basketball players at Oklahoma State University. Women's teams and athletes at the school are known as Cowgirls. Note that before 1957, the school was known as Oklahoma A&M, and its teams were known by the nickname of "Aggies" instead of today's "Cowboys" or "Cowgirls".
