Okhansk

Okhansk (Russian: Оха́нск) is a town in Perm Krai, Russia, located on the right bank of the Kama River, 119 km southwest of Perm. Population: 7,994 (2002 Census); 8,414 (1989 Census).

First mentioned in 1597 as the village of Okhannoye (Оха́нное), it was also called Okhanskoye (Оха́нское) or Okhan (Оха́н, Оха́нь). Town status since 1781.
