Akada Shigeyoshi (岡田重能?) (1527-1583) was a notable retainer of the Oda family of the Owari region. Shigeyoshi was known as one of the 'Seven Spears of Azukizaka', due to his heroic actions during the year of 1542.
Shigeyoshi still followed under Oda Nobunaga afterwards for many years. After Nobunaga's death during the year of 1582, Shigeyoshi went on to serve under Oda Nobuo. Sometime later, Shigeyoshi received the Hoshizaka Castle, but died the following year.
