[edit] Go Buckeyes

OHIO is right, but I'm anti-playoff. Go Bucks!!!!!Bcspro (talk) 14:54, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Why

I grew up watching the bowl games. The 1997 Rose Bowl launched my love for Ohio State football. You cannot remove the tradition from the Rose Bowl which has been around since 1902. It has been said so many times, a playoff would dilute the importance of the regular season. Many March Madness fans don’t or rarely watch the regular season, I am one of those fans. I am actually for a plus one format, but without the 1 vs. 4 and 2 vs. 3 format. Traditional tie-ins must be followed. But that’s just my opinion. Bcspro (talk) 02:43, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

Giving the Rose Bowl the NC still violates its tradition of Big Ten/Pac-10. What I would like to see is the major bowls played and then two teams selected to play a week or two later from those winners. The tradition of the Rose, Sugar, Orange Bowl etc. still intact. [edit] Reds

Correct founding date of the current team is 1882, as discussed at length in talk. Continuing to try to post 1869 constitutes vandalism. Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? 06:27, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

As has been discussed at length, and as the Reds themselves acknowledge, the current club dates only to 1882. If you continue to push the 1869 year, it will continue to be treated as vandalism on your part. Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? 12:34, 5 May 2008 (UTC)
Stop it. Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? 19:11, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

You also need to stop adding back that supposed "1919" team photo, which is plainly marked as "1909" and also looks its age. Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? 05:11, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
