[edit] History notes

Inter-county highways

All of these were part of the original 1912 network.

In 1923 it became:

An extension of SR 74 to east of Peebles first appears on the 1925 map. In 1927, SR 24 became SR 124, and the parts of SR 26, SR 144, and SR 7 now used by SR 32 became US 50.

First appearances of other parts
  • State Route 346: 1935, connecting to a short piece of State Route 143 from 1912
  • State Route 772 south of SR 124: 1939

  • Four-laning complete: 1997 near Piketon, 1999 east of Athens

Also see [1]: mentions State Route 689 (first in 1937) as part of the route, but this is basically just "what are current conditions like"
