Should bryan, wauseon, and swanton even be listed? Are they not "greater toledo"? What makes them better than say Oregon, Ohio. Or Bellevue, Ohio. Swanton for sure is part of greater Toledo, heck it borders Toledo, I'll leave the other two up for discussion.
