State Route 86 is an east-west state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Running more southeast-northwest, its western terminus is at U.S. Route 20 in Painesville, and its eastern terminus is along State Route 534 at U.S. Route 322 in the village of Windsor, or nearly 3½ miles west of Orwell.
