State Route 807 is a north-south state highway in the southeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern (northern) terminus is at State Route 7 about 13 miles south of New Matamoras, and its northern (southern) terminus is at West Virginia Route 807 at the West Virginia state line on the Carpenter Bridge over the Ohio River. The official termini, according to ODOT, are reversed from their actual directions.
