State Route 776 is an east-west state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at State Route 335 about 6 miles north of Minford, and its eastern terminus is at State Route 139 in Jackson. From its western terminus, the route heads east in the former Teays River valley. It heads due north into Pike County and then back due east into Jackson County, where it passes through forest patches. It crosses the State Route 32 / State Route 124 concurrency five miles southwest of Jackson, before ending at State Route 139 less than a mile west of downtown Jackson.
