State Route 735 is an east-west state highway in the southeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its eastern terminus is at State Route 7 about 4¼ miles north of Gallipolis, and its western terminus is at U.S. Route 35 about 3 miles north of Gallipolis. The route serves solely as a connector from State Route 7 to westbound U.S. Route 35, and from eastbound U.S. Route 35 to State Route 7. An interchange between these two end routes exists nearby but only allows access from westbound U.S. Route 35 to State Route 7, and from State Route 7 to eastbound U.S. Route 35.
