State Route 728 is an east-west state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at U.S. Route 23 and the eastern terminus of State Route 348 in Lucasville, and its eastern terminus is nearly 2 miles east at the intersection of Lucasville-Minford Road (C-28) and Lang Lane (C-180) at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility; Lucasville-Minford Road continues east from this intersection.
