Ohio State Route 722 is a state route in Western Ohio, completely within Darke County. Route 722 connects the villages of Castine, Ithaca, and Gordon. The highway lies in the southern part of the county, mainly on flat farming land, with a few curvy sections between Castine and Ithaca. There are also some hills within this section, due to the Twin Creek Watershed. East of Ithaca, the road bends toward the east and is a straight line through Gordon on to it's eastern terminus at State Route 49. Past Route 49, the road becomes Castine-Gordon Road and enters Miami County.
