State Route 696 is north-south state highway in the western portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at its interchange with U.S. Route 30 about a mile east of Beaverdam, and its northern terminus is at State Route 12 about a mile west of Pandora. The route’s original southern terminus was at the former U.S. Route 25 in Beaverdam. In 1962, when Interstate 75 was completed, the southern terminus was moved less than a mile south to a one-way interchange with the interstate with only a southbound entrance to and a northbound exit from the freeway. In 1999, the southern terminus was moved to the new U.S. Route 30 interchange east of Beaverdam, which serves to link U.S. Route 30 to Interstate 75.
